  1. Yum! I’m eating some homemade sauerkraut right now! Great tutorial. I’ve only made small batches, squished down under their juices in a big mason jar. But it can be a challenge to keep the cabbage submerged that way–you have an excellent set-up with that crock and plate. Do the kids like the sauerkraut?

  2. I know the feeling. Kyla is just starting to get into my sauerkraut. She still wont eat it for breakfast though…strange…
