A tech blog has reported that Zynga’s new game “CityVille” is now more than 25 percent bigger than “FarmVille”. (These are those silly Facebook games people play.) Sounds like everyone is moving off of their virtual farms and into the virtual city. Virtual main streets must be boarded up everywhere.
Virtual mega-farms are probably out-competing with the virtual family-owned farms, probably fueled by virtual subsidies. Oh, and I bet virtual Monsanto is probably distributing genetically-modified (or is it html code-modified?) seeds. (sigh).
